Hoag Hospital "Get Smart" movie screening and silent auction
Bath Desserts was delighted to participate in Hoag Hospital's annual fund raising event on June 18, 2008, donating a $500.00 spa basket for two. Ticket proceeds and auction benefited the Hoag Cancer Center. Prior to the movie screening of the movie "Get Smart", guests enjoyed gourmet tastes from more than thirty Orange County, California restaurants.

The 552 Club is one of Hoag Hospital's largest and most successful support groups. The 552 Club is a community-based hospital support group of individual volunteers and donors dedicated to promoting and financially supporting Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian.

Bath Desserts enjoyed participating in the Hoag Hospital 552 Club silent acution on July 26, 2007, donating a beautiful limited edition gift basket. A screening of “No Reservations” starring Catherine Zita-Jones and Aaron Eckert at the Big Newport Theatre in Fashion Island was part of the extravaganza. This year the 552 Club event began with scrumptious tastings from thirty fabulous restaurants throughout Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and beyond and then finished with a movie screening. All proceeds will benefit The Patty and George Hoag Cancer Center.

To fulfill this mission, the 552 Club attracts, inspires and motivates individuals to become volunteers and donors for Hoag Hospital. It also encourages others to make a long-term commitment to Hoag Hospital through ongoing financial support and/or personal involvement; provides opportunities for members to develop leadership skills and take active leadership roles in philanthropy for Hoag Hospital; provides education for members and residents of Orange County about Hoag Hospital and the services provided; and develops and implements quality fund-raising and friend-raising programs to promote Hoag Hospital in Orange County.
